The Windows 7 is basically a lot like the Vista operating system from
Microsoft. What sets it apart is the graphical user interface. The user
interface is visually exciting and more fun to work with. Using Windows 7

gives the option of personalizing the theme, color, sound, back ground, screen

account picture can be changed as per the user’s wish; there are more options to
choose from regarding desktop gadgets. Windows 7 incorporates a program called
“Easy Transfer”. “Easy Transfer” helps to move files and settings from the old
Windows 7 is very easy. Most hardware, mobile or plug in devices gets
installed as soon as connected to the computer. Windows 7 installs the required
driver automatically if available. If the driver is not available, Windows ask
for the installation CD of the hardware.
The taskbar on Windows 7 is refreshingly different. The icons of an open
application become glossy when the mouse pointer is placed on it, but the icons
of the closed applications remain dull. Live preview thumbnails pop up for all
the Windows that are open on the task bar. When the mouse is pointed on a
thumbnail, Windows 7 brings that particular window to front, making all other
transparent. The jump list is a great feature on Windows 7. It makes using
Windows 7 easier. Whenever, an icon is right clicked it opens a pop up menu. The
pop up menu gives the chance of immediately choosing the common functions.
The Aero shake is another funny and useful feature on Windows 7. If the
desired Window is selected and shaked, all other applications on the desk top
will minimize. Shaking the Window again will bring all the other windows on desk
Windows 7 gives the accessibility to brilliant new feature called Aero Peek.
This feature enables the user to make all the other windows transparent except
the one which is selected. The small button on the bottom right corner of the
taskbar is used to make all the windows on the desk top transparent. This
