½ kg under-cut beef, sliced into long thin strips
3 – 4 onions thinly sliced
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp green chillies, coriander leaves and mint
½ cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
- Heat oil and add meat, onions, garlic and ginger paste, salt, red chilli, cumin powder and fry the meat.
- After 10 minutes, add water and let the meat become tender.
- Lastly, add the coriander powder and fry the meat well.
- Finally, add lemon juice and green chillies, coriander leaves and mint.
