- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chicken pieces along with salt, browned onion, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger/garlic paste.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add one cup water.
- Cook till the chicken is tender.
- Add tomatoes and yoghurt and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add all vegetables and cook for half an hour.
- Lastly, add all spices, coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Serve with naan.
