- Partially boil cauliflower and capsicum, then drain.
- Sprinkle some cornflour on cauliflower and deep fry in hot oil.
- Heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
- Then add onion, chillies and capsicum and fry for two minutes.
- Add chilli paste, Soya sauce, salt, pepper and Chinese salt and let it simmer for a minute or so.
- Now add the cauliflower, stir fry and remove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
